One call. Off your desk and onto ours.

When a policy holder is displaced, you need housing sourced, furnished, and documented, fast enough that the claim file never becomes the problem.

We work directly with ALE coordinators and adjusters handling house fires, water damage, storm and hurricane displacement, mold remediation, and multi-family CAT events. We can typically provide housing options within 24 hours of first contact, and most placements move from request to move-in within a week.

THE STAY THAT SHOWS HOW WE WORK

Nine months, one call at a time.

An 80-year-old woman lost her home to a fire in Clinton, Connecticut, in the middle of summer, with almost no available inventory nearby. She couldn’t manage stairs and needed to stay close to family. We sourced a single-level home with three entry steps, built a temporary ramp, and moved her in. What started as a three-month placement became nine months of month-to-month extensions while her home was repaired — documented and billed without a single gap in the file.
